Pharmacies keep stock, sales, and reporting in separate tools or on paper. Staff re-enter the same facts, and nobody sees the whole day at a glance.

How we approached it

1. Mapped the counter workflow before drawing screens: receive stock, sell, adjust, close the day.
2. Put inventory and point of sale on one data model so a sale updates stock without a second step.
3. Built reporting from the same records instead of exporting to spreadsheets.
